Click on IBEW Local 43 Electricians in the Top Teams list. Click the 'Join This Team' red block to sign up. The walk will be at the SRC Arena Events Center at the OCC Campus 4585 W. Seneca Tpke, Syracuse, 13215


Click ‘Register to Walk’, then ‘Join a Team’. Search Teams for IBEW Local 43. Click the 'Join' red block to sign up. The walk will be held at Utica College Park + Ride is suggested - allow 1 hour from shuttle lot to event.

March 16th- at Noon - Downtown Syracuse

All members and families - please join one of our IBEW Local 43 groups as we walk in these Parades and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

New options for paying dues... local 43 on the move...
  1. You still can mail a personal check or money order, then we will mail your yellow Dues Receipt to your home address.
  2. You still can have your bank auto-pay from your account with a bank check, then we'll mail the Receipt to your home.
  3. You can always visit us in-person at the union office and pay with cash or a check, or now...
  4. Pay with a credit card. Note: an Electronic Convenience Fee (ECF of approximately 3%) is added to all credit/debit card dues transactions.
  5. Online payments from the convenience of your home PC or smartphone will be available through your website portal soon! Web payments will incur an ECF. And we will notify you as soon as web payments are operational.

John Woods, Jr. passed away January 1st at age 79. Brother Woods was initiated into Local 43 in 1963. He was an IBEW member for 55 years.

In our current contract - Section 2.19 Tool List - it states In addition, "Journeymen shall be responsible to have verifiable OSHA-10 training and CPR Certified Training." Please call the CNYETA (315-546-0221) to see when the next scheduled classes are available.  NOTE: OSHA-10 and CPR training are needed to work in Local 43s jurisdiction as a Journeyman.
